＊6月5日（月）から11日（日）までの一週間の日程で、ニューヨークにおいて財団法人・五井平和
財団の志向する「生命憲章」に賛同する「地球生命体感謝プロジェクト・東京」が「無限なる健康
への進化創造」のオープンカレッジを開催する事と、宇宙究極の光を降ろして、次元上昇をはかる事
を目的とし、更にWPPS活動の一環でピースポール建立、贈呈。それにピースドール等の様なピース
グッズを持参致しました。テキサスのダラスにおいては、その集大成を行って参りました。

先ず、ニューヨークには6月5日（月）夕方到着し、70メンバーの鴨澤麗子さんがエスコートして下さい
ました。NGOのFayeさんを紹介され、翌日からの打ち合わせを行いました。

6月6日（火）は午前中にマンハッタン島の市内観光（セントラルパーク、バッテリパーク、グランドゼロ等）。
ここでは、特にグランドゼロでは亡くなられた方々、又アメリカの天命の完とうを祈らせて頂きました。

午後2時からはNYのTCI/Collage of Technology. におけるOpen-Collegeを行いました。

このオープンカレッジでは鴨澤さんの知人でInternational Childrens Programsを行っておられる
Youth/Communication・N.G.O. RepresentativeのMs. Faye C. Feller(United Nations Education
Committee)さんの関係で、特にこのカッレジのMr. Robert Lubell(Director of Dare to Dream)先生
が是非オープンカレッジとフラッグセレモニーを行って欲しいとの事でお話が進み実現致しました。

１００名程の方々が参加され、財団法人・五井平和財団の西園寺裕夫理事長様からのメッセージ
も戴き、大変盛大に行われました。

昼食時のイタリアンレストランにて、３人前？のスパッゲティを完食。　オープンカレッジの準備に力が入る（TCIにて）

オープンカレッジでは専門分野として、大林　寛が自分で簡単に出来るボディコントロール操法
（体操）をご紹介し、挨拶の中で「財団法人・五井平和財団西園寺理事長のメッセージ」を代読
させて戴きました。　（プログラムは別途添付資料ご参照下さいませ）

司会はFayeさんで、Robert先生に私たちを紹介して下さる。

Dr. James Melville、President, TCIや Robert先生の学校側に「地球生命体感謝プロジェクト･東京」
のメンバーよりピースポールを贈呈する。

生命憲章の朗読は鴨澤麗子さんが原則の４項目を読み上げる。司会のFayeさんより大林　寛が紹介される。

挨拶の中で財団法人・五井平和財団の西園寺裕夫理事長様からのメッセージを代読させて戴きました。
又、ボディコントロール操法（体操）を行いました。

デモンストレーションのモデルは、本間祥子さんと大林美穂子さんです。

始めに筋力テスト（使用前）とボディバランスのチェック（前後、左右捻転、屈曲）等をし、

　
PRaYテクニック操法をディフィカルトサイクルで行う。即効性があります。

操法後（使用後）の筋力テストでは皆様大変楽に変化変容するので驚きの連発でした。

手術前のロバート先生の膝の治療もする。　息、食、想、動のコンティニュバランスの重要性を語る。

　

次にフラッグセレモニーに移りましたが、皆様だんだん表情が変わってきて、皆優しい子供達になってくる。
（実はこの学校は可也荒れているので、立て直したいというロバート先生の意向が有りました。）

フラッグセレモニーの後、もろいみちこさんのリードでピースソングを全員手を繋いで歌いました
子供たちが大変感動したのか、涙をボロボロと流していました。色々な事情を抱えた子供達が多いとは
聞いておりました。

Closing Remarks：Dr. Arthur Goldberg, Special Projects Coordinator, TCIに木製スタンド式PP贈呈。

学校側には大変な感動を呼び起こした様で、TCI最高の栄誉として、MARCONI MEDALを戴きました。

Medalの中には、
“Presented in recognition of outstanding achievement in teaching research　
　Professional accomplishement or service mankind”
　と書かれてありましたが、滅多にいただけないメダルで学校創立者からのものだと後で知りました。
　　

その後で、お点前（裏千家）渡辺伸子さんによるティーセレモニーを行い大変喜んで戴きました。

最初は2時間半であったものが、4時間半位に成ってしまいました。後で聞きましたが、私たちが
去った後、カレッジの雰囲気が大変良い方向に変わった、とFayeさんから涙ながらのご報告があった、
と鴨澤さんからお聞きし、本当に素晴らしい働きをさせていただいた事に無限なる感謝を捧げました。

I am here to present a work shop, “The Open College” regarding the holistic medicine and health.

The main theme of the Open College is "Evolution and Creation of Infinite Health".

I would like to express our sincere gratitude to Dr. James Melville, President of TCI, Mr. Robert Lubell, TCI teacher,
and all the other people who invited us tonight.

The Open College is promoted by "Project of Gratitude to Gaia" who supports the “Declaration of All Life on Earth”
launched by the Goi Peace Foundation.

Based on our support to the Goi Peace Foundation and the Declaration, we promote this project as a part of lifelong education
dedicated to "Evolution and Creation of Infinite Health".

The Goi Peace Foundation is an educational organization that is established under The Ministry of Education, Sports, Technology
and Science of Japan.

We received the greeting message from Mr. Hiroo Saionji, the President of the Goi Peace Foundation for this occasion.
Mr. Saionji is also The President of the World Peace Prayer Society, an educational body established under The United States.

The Goi Peace Foundation and The World Peace Prayer Society are sister organizations, so that the declaration is promoted by
The World Peace Prayer Society in U.S.

We would like to offer our heartfelt congratulations on the occasion of the Open-College in New York.

We are deeply grateful to the volunteers who made efforts to organize this gathering to learn Evolving Creation for Infinite Health.

The Goi Peace Foundation launched the Declaration for All Life on Earth to promote a shared vision of a truly peaceful
and harmonious world for all life in the 21st century.

It sets forth guiding principles aimed toward realizing this vision and encourages all people to apply them selves in their individual lives
and in their specialized fields of activities.

Our collective wisdom and joint efforts are needed to ensure a bright and sustainable future. It is our hope that the Declaration will serve
as an instrument which brings together individuals and organizations committed to this aim.

“Evolving Creation for Infinite Health” agrees with the aim of the Declaration for All Life on Earth perfectly.

Today we will join you in spirit to radiate the energy of peace as we pray for happiness of each and every country of the world.

"Project of Gratitude to Gaia" has started in March 2003.
We have been working to put "Gratitude for and coexistence with all of nature"
into practice according to the “International years” of the United Nations every year.

Thanks to water were expressed in our event at several lakes in Japan according to "International fresh water year"
of the United Nations in 2003.

We also expressed our gratitude to food including rice emphatically according to "International rice year" in 2004.

The activities that prayed for the world peace(WPPC?) were additionally done to "International year of sports and
the physical education" in appreciation for the life and the earth through sports and the physical education in 2005.

In accordance with these events, we started a workshop “The Open College” in 2005 for public aiming a part of lifelong education.

We also expanded this workshop from my clinic in Musashino city, to other cities.

This time we are having this workshop in New York as the first “Open College” in abroad.

I would like to continue my activities to practice “The Declaration For All Life On Earth” as an individual and as in my specialized field
as a grass-root basis.

At the end, we wish for the prosperity of the TCI, New York, and the peace of its people from the bottom of our hearts.

先日はいろいろとお世話になりましてありがとうございました。

皆様と一緒にダラスの地にてアメリカの平和を祈れましたことは

とても素晴らしい思い出になりました。カウボーイ文化発祥の地と

言われるフォートワース、ストックヤードの公園、ここ数ヶ月水不足で

水使用制限があちこちで行われている折の、グレープバイン湖畔、

そして古いビルが取り壊され、新しいビルディングがどんどん建設されて

行く中、ホームレスの人々の居場所がなくなり最近増加しているように

感じられますダラスダウンタウンでのお祈りなど、自然な流れで最善の

また、美穂子様の足の具合が良くなりますように、お祈り申し上げます。

また、ピースポール、国旗カード、Tシャツなどを始め、いろいろ

楽しい日本の食品などお土産を頂きましてありがとうございました。

先日、拙宅にて次元上昇の印を含めたダラスでの平和の祈りの集いを

行いました日の晩、我々就寝して間もない夜中の2時ごろ、突然、

パン、パン、パン、パンと数発の銃声と悲鳴が聞こえました。

3階だったので心配はなかったのですが、流れ弾などの被害にあわない

よう、我々はただ祈り心でいました後、数分も経たずにパトカー、

救急車がやってきました。翌日のニュースによりますと、先日皆さんが

ホテルに歩いて帰った路上の、拙宅から50メートルもないところでの

無差別発砲事件だったようで、11人が負傷、うち１人が重傷との事です。

まだ犯人は逮捕されていないとのことですが、事件のきっかけは口論の

ような些細なことのようです。これまで4年間、現在のところに住み

ましたが、このような事件は初めてで、いかにものすごい光がダラスに

降ろされたのか、ということを改めて知らされたような気持ちです。

これからますます気を引き締めて祈りと印を行って行きたいと思います。
